As we move forward into a more streamlined and competitive economic environment the dry cleaners who are able to adjust to the new market and run more efficient will prosper where others may not. A PS-290U is a money saving investment which will result in less labor hours and because it used seamless poly less material cost.
If you are in the North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia markets give us a call at 1-800-227-6149 and let us come and show you how your cleaners could benefit from adding an auto bagging machine.

The New Union K4 machine is a joint effort with Kruessler chemicals to create an alternative solvent machine that cleans as well as Perc. The machine was unveiled at the Milan Italy clean show and has generated enormous interest. I am heading this week to watch and learn about this machine at the Union headquarters in Atlanta. We are excited about this product and will update you on the results as the first wave of these machines hit the states.

Sankosha has upgraded their shirt unit and it is ready to hit the market. Below are some of the benefits of the new unit.
• Larger pressing surface…..why…..to handle
those hard to press oversized shirts but its
special design can also press all sizes too.
• Loves short sleeve shirts…..why…..because
our unique short sleeve design makes it easy
for operators to load.
• Uses Side Expanders along with special
(patent pending) designed padding with side
air bags…..why…..our side expanders open
early applying soft tensioning which prevents
wrinkles in the side of the shirt.
• The Shoulder Press is standard equipment
…..why…..only press in the industry that can
offer a perfect finish in this area of the shirt.
• Tail Clamp feature…..why…..because our
unique and industry only Tail Clamp design
allows for quicker loading and also improves
the pressing quality of the back of the shirt.
• Uses Silicone Base Pads…..why…..extends
cover and pad life while providing the
best possible vacuum.

GreenEarth is more than an ecologically safe alternative to perc. It is actually better for fabrics. And that’s not just our opinion, it’s science. You see solvents are not strong or weak on their own. They are only a carrier. Their “strength” is measured by how well they work in combination with additives to dissolve the materials that need to be dissolved without dissolving the materials that need to be protected.
There is actually a complex formula, called the Teas diagram, that explains solvent molecular interactions with complex science like Quantum Mechanics and Cohesive Energy Density. But all you really need to understand is that GreenEarth’s liquid silicone doesn’t work alone, it is part of a specially designed cleaning system with the silicone, the detergent and the machine programs.
The magic of the GreenEarth system is the unique way it has been designed to work with detergents and the cleaning action of dry cleaning machines to remove stains and soil from fabric fibers without “touching” them. Think of it as having the ability to use a scalpel for stain surgery when everyone else is still using a machete. The “molecular magic” of our cleaning chemistry has been customized with the help of the world’s leading detergent manufacturer, Procter & Gamble. And through science and testing, we have perfected the calibration programs to run the machines. Result? The GreenEarth Cleaning system loosens and removes soil particulate from fabrics without degrading or damaging textile fibers. Fabrics are cleaner, fresher, and last longer.
